Corporate Offices

This was one of the first corporate real estate projects built in the city of Asuncion’s new financial area. Located on Avenue Mariscal Lopez and a block away from the intersection with Avenue San Martin, one of the city’s most important crossways, the narrow, 18m plot had to contain more than 6000m2.

The idea was born out of the intention that the building’s ten floors could open to the avenues’ crossing and the Plaza de las Americas. We decided to place the building towards its western border, installing a bar there with all of the services and vertical circulations, thus leaving a free area where the spaces could open to.

The building was structured on an L-shaped plan, which is projected towards the crossing and divides its three sectors: services, offices and a bank branch on the bottom floor. Horizontal banners and glass close the offices, with an interruption in the corner, so a to open this vertex and the main façade to the renowned avenue crossing.

Estudio PRO’s offices, blank surfaces that are perpendicular to the openings divide the offices. The mobile translucent planes and drawers with green structures parallel to windows and doors create the spaces. Hanging wooden desks, communal glass tables and a Carlos Musse art collection mix to create a relaxed ambience that is also refined and elegant.
